Lipphead is a production duo consisting of veteran producers Blockhead (Ninjatune, Future Archive Recordings) and Eliot Lipp (Alpha Pup) known for their irreverent and innovative approach to music-making.

Accompanying the announcement of their much-anticipated sophomore LP ‘From The Back’ is the first single taken from the record, titled ‘Midnight Brain to Georgia’. The track serves up an infectious groove that sets the tone for the rest of the album: namely fun, with sounds equally danceable and experimental. Listeners may find it difficult to keep from nodding along. 

“I love the message in this one,” says Lipp of the song. “When you have brain problems, it’s cool to sing it loud over a funky break with layers of synthesizers.”

With their characteristic production prowess, Lipphead has once again pushed the boundaries of electronic music, showcasing its ability to blend genres and create something entirely fresh and exciting. The duo continues to refine its signature sound with each collaboration, and ‘Midnight Brain to Georgia’ is no exception.
